You'll find the assortment of food is deliciously prepared and satisfies many different palettes. In season, you may be given a show from some visiting humpback whales, like in the photo. This is a regular occurrence in the winter, and offers a whole new level of entertainment while you dine. But dinner isn't the only reason to join the fun on the Quicksilver out of Ma'alaea Harbor.

Cocktails, Dancing, & Sunset

Your experience doesn't end after dinner. Cocktails flow and dancing is encouraged. If you don't feel like dancing to the live music, you can sit back and enjoy a remarkable Maui sunset (something that's SO MUCH BETTER when viewed over the water!)
